1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya09 ("taya09," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya09 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible at taya09.org.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or activity on the taya09 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the taya09 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. PAGCOR mandates a minimum age of 21 for all online gaming in the Philippines. taya09 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of taya09 or any affiliated company, game provider, or regulatory body.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under the taya09 Responsible Gaming program or any national exclusion registry administered by PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the taya09 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Notifying taya09 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

taya09 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number. While 2FA significantly reduces unauthorized access risk, taya09 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

taya09 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during withdrawal requests, and may temporarily restrict account access pending completion of identity verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya09 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). taya09 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method
• Deposits are credited to your taya09 account immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• taya09 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited

Withdrawals:

• taya09 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–2 hours of a verified withdrawal request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete KYC may not process withdrawals until verification is finalized
• taya09 may request supporting documentation for large withdrawals in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible

5. Bonuses & Promotions

taya09 offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• taya09 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses through prohibited strategies (including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage, or account sharing) may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the taya09 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer formats audited by independent third parties. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, taya09 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified, taya09 reserves the right to void the round and refund the staked amount. taya09 shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players accept that all game decisions are final once confirmed, and that no results may be altered retroactively.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya09 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical systems
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain; any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to taya09 and may be voided
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation in connection with your use of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya09 platform — including but not limited to the taya09 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of taya09 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any platform content without express written consent from taya09.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya09 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming funds resulting from events outside taya09's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider delays, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security

taya09's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the taya09 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR data protection requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

taya09 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools within every player account:

• You request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy

Upon account termination for breach, taya09 reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation and to forfeit funds where fraud or Terms violation is substantiated. Funds in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure) will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

taya09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the taya09 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taya09 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through taya09's player support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, which for PAGCOR-regulated matters is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through regulatory channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
